When Windows encounters any problems in your computer such as hardware failure or missing core windows file, it throws an error message during startup or any time. Steps to Troubleshoot
1. Restart your system once or twice. There is a good chance that your problem will be disappear after the restart.
2. If you still get the same error message after restarting your system, note down the Error Message and Error Code exactly as it is shown.
Windows throws thousands of error messages and a wrong message or error code will leave you troubleshooting a problem that your computer did not have.
3. Check the Find By Error Message for the error message and the resolution for that error message.
